The nuclear membrane should be disappearing in prophase, and it should not be there at all in anaphase or metaphase.
You are inconsistent with how you represent your nuclear membrane and chromosomes.
I would have liked to see the steps order in a circle but your arrows make it clear the order of phases.
Be sure and make the corrections to the nuclear membrane if you are planning on using this to study.
